30-day money-back guarantee

Brewpass, operated by Bono Tech, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — monthly or annual.

How to request a refund

Contact Bono Tech support from your dashboard with the email address used at checkout and we will raise the refund with Paymob, our payment processor. Approved refunds are returned to the original card in Egyptian pounds, typically within 5–14 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and your cafe keeps full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one as described above if you are inside the 30-day window.

Plan changes

Upgrading takes effect immediately and is prorated against your current period. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal, so no refund is issued for the remainder of the current period.
